Western Adventure!
Hello it's Isla! I just got back from a long vacation out to the western US and I am so exhausted! My family and I ended up driving over 40 hours through the states of Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Utah. To break up the extensive marathon of a drive we made many stops and stayed in too many hotels to count. Our first stop was to see a giant cow sculpture; her name was Sue.
After visiting Sue we set out for Montana to see the gorgeous scenery in Bozeman. But I think the prettiest scenery I saw while we were there was the inside of my eyelids.

When we made it to our next stop in Utah (Salt Lake City), the ground was all muddy from the rain showers passing through. That didn't stop me from having fun though!
It was so cool to see my reflection in a puddle!
The next day we headed to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There we stayed in an adorable cabin with a stunning view of the mountains.
I didn't take advantage of them to go skiing though; I was more caught up in shopping in the downtown area.
Jackson Hole was the second to last stop on our trip before home. We trekked all the way from Wyoming through South Dakota to where my cousins live in Minnesota. After a short visit with them in St. Paul, we flew home to Manhattan. Now back to reality. :(
